Both packages center on live, collaborative decision-making (coaching) using the résumé writing process as a core tool in the exploration and development of your personal-professional brand. We will work collaboratively during live Zoom sessions, and you will occasionally work on your own between sessions.
Tools:
Required: One ideal job description that reflects your ideal next role or job (email it to me directly). Due by session #2.
Optional: Résumé Development Workbook (a very long questionnaire for clients who want to prepare before their first session; let me know upon booking if you’d like to review, and then complete, this workbook in advance of your first résumé writing session).
As-needed: Ad hoc assignments, customized to your circumstances.
Résumé Readiness Package with LinkedIn
Retainers, payments, and project scope:
Initial payments cover an estimated timeline, based on experience with similar engagements. Each project is unique, and may require additional time depending on factors such as project complexity, client seniority and ambitions, and evolving scope of work.
Career targets: 1
Calendar timing: 3-6 weeks (based on availability)
Retainer estimate: 7.5 hours of résumé writing and 3 hours of LinkedIn development (estimate: 10.5* hours)
If the engagement extends beyond the initial retainer, additional work will be booked at a mutually agreeable time and paid for hourly at the prevailing project rate. To minimize unexpected additions, all work is conducted in real-time collaboration with the client, typically via screen sharing.

* Important note about final documents and project time:
Coaching, planning, and soul searching is a big part of personal brand development, which means that projects sometimes extend beyond their initial retainer. If a project is not extended in those instances, and the project is not yet complete, then all materials will be emailed to the client as they appeared at the end of the final hour.
Hourly rate:
Non-package rate: $280/hour
Package rate: $250/hour
Package add-ons
Add-on materials include executive / board bios, LinkedIn overhauls (if not elected while writing your résumé) and pitch decks, as well as short-form bios for book jackets, speech introductions, social profiles, and beyond. Interview prep, job search strategy, and other after-care services are available when needed.
