If your future is built on human expertise, there’s no room for hyperbole
In every company and career, there are pivotal moments—thresholds between the present and the future.
Sometimes these moments are bold and public, like a new appointment or a business launch. More often, they’re quiet and personal: a second act, a new venture, or the decision to clarify a story that’s grown nuanced over time.
Based in San Francisco, The Redick Group, LLC, blends brand development and career readiness to guide leaders and organizations through these critical junctures—especially the quieter, personal moments that shape professional futures.
Change how you approach growth
Are you outgrowing your current role? Considering a new chapter—launching a consultancy, joining a board, or planning for retirement?
Navigating what comes next can be exciting, daunting, and overwhelming. And after two-plus decades in this work, we know it’s rarely easy to do alone.
Founder Jared Redick works closely with clients to help them cross these thresholds decisively—transforming the chore of developing résumés, bios, LinkedIn profiles, websites, and other branded assets into a gateway for professional ambition.
Jared’s fact-based, research-guided approach—and his commitment to substance over hyperbole—means that career coaching, interview prep, and self-discovery are inherently woven into every step.
If you’re seeking change, quietly exploring, or simply open to new possibilities—and want a strategic partner by your side—we may be able to help.

A new way of thinking.
I’m Jared Redick, and I built The Redick Group on the principles I applied as a recruiter in my early career at two nationally retained search firms in New York and San Francisco.
I spend my days helping people position themselves and their companies for growth, whether they’re at the top of their game or just starting out.
My work usually begins with a private-client engagement where I work one-on-one to dig deep into a person’s career intentions, hopes, and challenges—all with the goal of helping them gain clarity and resolution, and creating a robust personal-professional brand. Sometimes, that expands into a throughline of work supporting their corporate obligations or new ventures. The assets we create together—résumés, bios, LinkedIn profiles, websites, taglines—aren’t endpoints. They’re tools for growth, for opportunity, and for navigating the complexities of leadership and business.

My clients
My clients have come from all types of organizations, here are just a few:

“The number of pings I’ve gotten since we worked together is unbelievable, in part because I’m now working for [Company Name], but also because my story is clear and hits all the right points.”
